A respected, community-based health and wellness company with 15+ years of success is seeking a Paid Digital Media Strategist to manage Meta advertising and elevate our organic social presence. Our organization is expanding into new wellness solutions—including medical weight-loss, nutrition programs, HRT exploration, and advanced health services—making this a dynamic opportunity for a digital leader. Responsibilities • Lead Meta advertising strategy, execution, and daily optimization • Build funnels, retargeting flows, and A/B tests to improve lead quality • Develop an organic content calendar across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and Shorts • Produce short-form videos and educational wellness content • Strengthen community engagement and grow brand presence • Track performance and deliver insights regularly • Monitor competitive digital activity and help position the brand for growth What We’re Looking For • 3+ years managing Meta campaigns • Strong experience with lead generation and conversion optimization • Skilled in short-form content creation (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) • Strong writing and creative development ability • Passion for health, wellness, and community engagement • Ability to work quickly, think strategically, and adapt in a fast-moving environment If you thrive in a growing environment and love combining creativity with data, we want to hear from you.
