The life of a TrackFive Sales Intern • Learn and understand TrackFive’s portfolio of products and platforms • Research and cold call prospective clients to create new business opportunities • Achieve individual and team goals by reaching or exceeding performance metrics for calls, demos, and sales closed • Engage with prospective clients over the phone and/or via email, demonstrating the value of TrackFive’s products and solutions • Effectively input and maintain data in customer relationship management (CRM) software, ensuring consistency and accuracy • Learn from industry professionals and develop priceless skills in selling, negotiation, and customer experience • Complete other administrative tasks as needed Skills necessary • Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn about the sales process • Display persistence and confidence cold calling prospective clients • Experience working in a sales or customer service role • Superb interpersonal skills—both written and verbal—with a talent for building rapport • Capable of working alone or as part of a team • Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment • Possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude • Ability to take initiative • Demonstrate a passion and drive for learning • Be a master of organization and time management, able to effectively prioritize tasks
