We are looking for an experienced and analytical Paid Media & Search Specialist to join our Marketing Team. Responsibilities: • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising channels. • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, using insights to refine strategies and optimize for key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS). • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies. • SEM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of search engine marketing, including keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
