Paid Media Account Manager

Owning a portfolio of multifamily clients, the full-time remote Paid Media Account Manager will set strategies, manage budgets, configure tracking, analyze performance, and present results directly to clients while collaborating with Customer Success Associates. Key responsibilities Direct campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, managing account structure, audience targeting, and budget pacing Configure and troubleshoot conversion tracking through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data reporting Analyze campaign data weekly to identify performance trends and provide strategic recommendations to clients Required qualifications 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns Practical knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager for setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking Strong client communication skills with a professional and responsive approach Ability to analyze data and present strategic recommendations in client conversations Natural initiative to stay current with platform changes and implement new ideas proactively
