What You'll Do • Conduct end-to-end campaign setup, management, and optimization across paid media channels, with a focus on Search and Social • Serve as the go-to contact with our home-listing partners; work in tandem with those partners to assess performance and explore the viability of additional ad products/channels • Develop and implement strategic mapping and media planning initiatives spanning various channels and divisions • Conduct continuous keyword and audience research to inform and refine targeting strategies • Establish and standardize UTM parameters for accurate tracking • Build comprehensive reports and conduct ongoing performance analyses to drive data-driven insights • Help establish an attribution model that considers multiple customer touchpoints • Perform data analysis across web and CRM platforms to extract meaningful insights • Develop a comprehensive "playbook" outlining the media strategy for the brand • Monitor trends and actively engage in industry research, identifying testing opportunities • Collaborate with external partners and agencies to support holistic marketing efforts • Coordinate with internal teams (divisions, communications, creative, IT) to ensure tactical alignment • Lead training sessions to facilitate knowledge transfer within expanding teams • Proficient in spreadsheets and various reporting/measurement tools, showcasing expertise in data analysis • Experience with Salesforce a plus • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively • Demonstrated leadership qualities with a high level of intellectual curiosity • Loves marketing, advertising, and branding!
