About the Role:
We're seeking a Paid Media & Analytics Specialist to lead paid advertising strategy and performance, including management of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms. You'll ensure conversion tracking is accurate, and translate campaign data into clear insights and recommendations. Working closely with our account management team, you’ll help clients generate qualified leads, acquire customers, and make informed advertising decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Strategy & Management
Develop paid media strategies aligned with client objectives, audiences, and budgets.Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.Manage Google Ad Grants, Local Services Ads, and specialty advertising platforms as applicable.Conduct keyword and audience research; develop campaign structures, targeting, bidding strategies, and negative keyword lists.Write and test ad copy, develop creative briefs, and coordinate new assets with the creative team.Monitor budget pacing, campaign delivery, conversion performance, and lead quality.Recommend budget allocations and implement approved changes.Identify landing page improvements and coordinate implementation.Resolve advertising account, policy, billing, and delivery issues.
Analytics & Conversion Tracking
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and advertising conversion tracking.Set up and validate tracking for forms, calls, and other meaningful client actions.Manage CallRail, WhatConverts, and related measurement tools.Validate Meta Pixel and Conversions API implementations, coordinating technical support where needed.Investigate discrepancies across advertising platforms, analytics, websites, and lead-tracking systems.Maintain clear documentation of conversion definitions, tracking configurations, and known measurement limitations.Ensure tracking works during launches and site changes.
Performance Analysis & Account Team Support
Maintain accurate paid media dashboards and campaign scorecards using standardized reporting processes.Analyze campaign results and explain what changed, why it matters, and what to do next.Evaluate performance against client objectives, including qualified leads, cost per lead, cost per acquisition.Give account managers clear insights and recommendations for client communication.Participate in client meetings when campaign strategy or technical expertise is needed.Establish and maintain a prioritized testing and optimization plan for each account.
Requirements:
At least two years of hands-on paid media experience, preferably managing multiple clients in an agency environment.Demonstrated proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.Experience managing lead-generation campaigns and evaluating lead qualityAbility to diagnose performance issues, prioritize actions, and explain recommendations clearly.Strong organization, documentation, and budget-management skills.Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
