Paid Media and Automation Specialist

A growing, multi-brand organization is seeking a hands-on Paid Media & Automation Specialist to build and optimize the systems that turn digital traffic into qualified leads, booked appointments, and measurable business outcomes. The position is focused on paid lead generation, conversion funnels, landing pages, CRM automation, lifecycle marketing, attribution, and continuous performance improvement. Candidates will be evaluated based on their demonstrated ability to contribute across paid acquisition, lead-generation funnels, marketing automation, conversion optimization, and performance analysis. Hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.Experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or another paid acquisition platform.Experience generating leads, appointments, applications, enrollments, sales opportunities, or revenue through digital campaigns.Experience building landing pages and complete lead-generation funnels.Experience with conversion-rate optimization and structured A/B testing.Hands-on experience building CRM and marketing automation workflows.Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Keap, Benchmark, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or a comparable platform.Experience connecting paid campaigns to CRM, sales, enrollment, appointment-setting, or revenue outcomes.Understanding of tracking pixels, conversion events, attribution, GA4, and performance reporting.Experience making campaign-budget and allocation decisions.Experience supporting multiple brands, programs, or audience segments.Mortgage, lending, financial-services, insurance, real estate, or another regulated-industry marketing background.Familiarity with Meta Special Ad Categories or other advertising restrictions.Experience using AI, dynamic content, APIs, Zapier, Make, or other automation tools.
