Managing digital advertising efforts across multiple platforms, the full-time Paid Media and Digital Manager will support media strategy, execution, and performance reporting for a federal program in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities Support cross-channel media planning and execution with strategic guidance from the Director Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and deliver actionable reporting Advise internal teams on paid media best practices and lead execution of relevant tactics Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in paid media and digital marketing, including hands-on campaign execution Experience managing paid media on social and search platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) Basic understanding of SEO and content performance optimization Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush Federal government experience strongly preferred
