Location: Flexible / Remote | Department: Marketing We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Paid Media Director to lead our performance marketing initiatives for a fast-growing CPG brand in the outdoor and sporting goods space. Creative Collaboration & Asset Optimization • Partner with creative teams to build platform-specific, scroll-stopping content aligned with brand voice and outdoor culture • Lead the creative briefing process, ensuring ads highlight product benefits in compelling, authentic ways What We're Looking For • 5–7+ years of experience managing paid media in a consumer-facing eCommerce or CPG brand • Hands-on expertise across Meta, Google, Amazon, and emerging platforms like TikTok and CTV • Proven track record driving DTC growth and omni-channel performance • Deep understanding of audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and campaign testing • Fluent in analytics platforms like GA4, Google Data Studio, and eCommerce reporting dashboards • Strong project management and leadership skills • Bonus points if you have a personal or professional passion for the outdoors or active lifestyle products This is more than a performance marketing role—it’s a chance to directly shape how our brand connects with a passionate, adventure-driven audience.
