Truscott Rossman is looking for a strategic and experienced Paid Media Director to build and lead our paid media practice. As a department leader, you will grow and manage a dedicated paid media team, establish best-in-class planning and buying processes, and collaborate closely with TR account and Say More content teams to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns. Deep expertise in both traditional and digital media channels, with hands-on experience in planning, buying, and optimization. Proficiency in media buying platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, a DSP such as The Trade Desk, and media planning software). They thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving agency environment, bring a consultative approach to client service, and are energized by the opportunity to build something from the ground up at a growing Michigan communications firm.
