Paid Media & Growth Specialist

Feller & Wendt is a mid-size Plaintiff’s Injury Law Firm and has become a leader in personal injury law with offices in Utah, Idaho, and Arizona. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys analyzing performance data, and is passionate about scaling high-performing advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms, with a strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and performance marketing strategy. Paid Media Management Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferredMinimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaignsStrong experience with:Google Ads (required)Meta Ads (required)Google LSA (required)TikTok Ads preferredProven success managing lead generation campaigns and optimizing advertising performanceStrong understanding of digital marketing metrics, including:CPLCACCTRCVRCPCExperience with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, CRM integrations, and reporting toolsExperience managing large advertising budgets and scaling successful campaigns preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively while taking ownership of campaign performance
