Responsibilities • Campaign Strategy & Planning: Handle end-to-end paid media channels for Super Bad Ads to translate client business objectives into actionable campaign and paid media strategies on TikTok and Pinterest. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in paid social or search media buying; expertise with Meta and Google Ads is a must • Proven track record of managing and optimizing large budgets across campaigns and platforms • Able to successfully drive creative strategy on paid channels, including following up and project managing the development of creative and content pipelines • Familiar with creative best practices on Meta and YouTube, including image, video, and copy requirements for all placements • Proficient in multi-channel attribution and tracking across paid media platforms, with expertise in configuring, diagnosing, and troubleshooting data and attribution issues • Familiarity or experience with other paid channels (TikTok, Apple Search, Pinterest, Snapchat) a plus • This is a hybrid role based in Austin, Tx.
