You will be responsible for crafting and executing high-impact paid advertising campaigns for one of our largest and most complex healthcare staffing companies. • Excel in strategic planning for new programs, campaign settings, audience targeting, and other facets of digital media to maximize program performance. Qualifications • Proven track record of success in independently developing and managing paid search, social media advertising, CTV, Podcast, audio ads, native, and display advertising campaigns • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills • Expert-level experience within campaign management platforms (such as Google AdWords, Microsoft Ads, Google DV360, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Advertising) • Professional and polished presentation and reporting skills • A strong understanding of marketing attribution models • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing • Enjoy collaborative work and willingness to experiment with new programs and tests • Experience working in enterprise level or agency environments where project management, prioritization, and alignment are essential • Sophisticated problem-solving mindset • Adaptable and handles ambiguity well
