Key Responsibilities: • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) • Manage and allocate monthly budgets in the mid 6-figure range efficiently to drive ROI and profitable customer acquisition • Develop targeting strategies across the funnel, including new customer acquisition, retargeting, and lookalike audiences • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging • Monitor, test, and analyze campaign performance and make frequent, real-time adjustments to improve KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR) • Conduct in-depth audience research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on ad performance, insights, and optimizations • Work closely with the marketing, eCommerce, and inventory teams to align campaigns with broader company goals and product launches • Stay up to date with platform changes, industry trends, and new advertising technologies Qualifications: • 3–5 years of experience managing eCommerce paid media campaigns, preferably in the health, wellness, or supplement industry • Proven experience managing mid 6-figure monthly budgets effectively • Expertise in both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms. Bonus if you have experience with TikTok, YouTube, connected TV (CTV), podcast advertising, or similar emerging media channels • Strong understanding of eCommerce funnels and customer behavior • Agency experience is a bonus: ability to juggle multiple projects, clients, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment • Proficient with analytics tools such as Triple Whale and Google Analytics • Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills • Creative mindset with a passion for testing and iterating to find optimal performance
