What You'll Do • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across PPC, social media, and other digital advertising channels • Campaign Management: Hands-on setup, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns to maximize lead quality and ROI • Budget Oversight: Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across channels and campaigns • Performance Analysis: Create and deliver monthly reports to the CEO with actionable insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations • Conversion Optimization: Leverage deep understanding of conversion drivers, CTAs, and user behavior to continuously improve campaign performance • Quality Assurance: Monitor and optimize lead quality to ensure our real estate partners receive prospects that convert • Innovation: Stay ahead of digital advertising trends and bring fresh ideas to drive company growth • Team Building: As we grow, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing paid media team • Deep understanding of conversion optimization, including CTA strategy and landing page best practices • Demonstrated ability to manage significant advertising budgets and deliver strong ROI • Excellence in data analysis and reporting, with ability to translate metrics into strategic insights • Strong communication skills for presenting to C-level executives • Self-motivated with ability to thrive in a remote work environment • Willingness to travel quarterly for team meetings and strategic planning sessions
