Execution & QA • Issue and oversee campaign builds; ensure creative, audience, and targeting staging is complete and brand-safe before launch. • Partner with the Director of Paid Media and Account teams to ensure alignment between media strategy, creative, and client goals. • Oversee the day-to-day work of the Paid Media Specialist; ensure documentation accuracy, QA discipline, and continuous improvement. • Skilled in data storytelling, reporting, and visualization — turning performance data into actionable insights. Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 DOE + up to 10% annual performance bonus based on campaign performance, delivery accuracy, and department efficiency
