Paid Media Manager

We're looking for a Paid Media Manager to join us at The Social Shepherd, to drive growth for our client's across Paid Social and Paid Search. Ensuring they're kept in the loop of exactly what we're doing to optimize their performance.Joining new business pitches alongside our Paid Media Director and leadership team. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Paid Social and Paid Search platforms.eCommerce/Direct-to-consumer brand experience and a performance, growth-focused mindset.Analyzing accounts to achieve client objectives, utilizing your knowledge, creativity, problem-solving and evaluation of results.Confidence with numbers & data analysis.Experience with Looker Studio, Tag Manager and GA4 is all highly preferred, but proficiency in every platform isn’t essential.
