ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Support advertising strategy and execution for the Indiana Pacers and Noblesville Boom, providing insights, recommendations, and ensuring flawless implementation of campaigns.Provide supplemental advertising support for Indiana Fever and Gainbridge Fieldhouse concerts as needed to align with broader organizational goals.Lead, manage, and develop a Paid Media Coordinator, providing guidance on campaign execution, prioritization, and professional growth.Collaborate closely with internal ticketing teams to help meet revenue goals through targeted advertising initiatives and promotional strategies that drive ticket sales.Maintain strong relationships with advertising partners and media outlets to ensure optimal placements, budget efficiency, and alignment with current industry trends.Coordinate development of advertising assets, including print, broadcast, and digital, by working with internal creative teams and external agencies to deliver compelling, on-brand content.Assist in integrated marketing efforts alongside PR and promotional teams, ensuring advertising supports broader brand and event objectives.Conduct market research and analyze audience insights to inform advertising decisions and identify high-impact opportunities.Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule across multiple platforms.Other duties and special projects as assigned.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).4 years of experience in advertising, media planning, or marketing execution - preferably in sports, entertainment, or live events.Proven ability to manage advertising campaigns across multiple channelsStrong understanding of media buying principles and budget management.Experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.Familiarity with creative development processes and working with design/production teams.Analytical skills to interpret market research and audience insights for advertising decisions.Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Strong communication and relationship-building skills to maintain vendor and partner relationships.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with advertising platforms and tools is a plus.Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.Passion for sports and live entertainment. LANGUAGE SKILLS:Ability to read, analyze, and interpret instructions and reports.
