Experience: 2-3 years We are seeking a Paid Media Manager to strategize, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid search, display, social media, and programmatic channels. Develop, launch, and optimize paid search (Google/Bing), social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), display, and programmatic campaigns.Leverage first-party data, audience insights, and behavioral signals to refine targeting and improve conversion rates.Implement A/B tests and ad copy experiments to maximize effectiveness.Create dashboards and reports using Google Analytics and DashThis to communicate performance and insights to clients.Collaborate with the Paid Media team and Client Services in discussions, providing strategic recommendations and regular performance updates. 2-3 years of experience in paid media management, preferably in an agency setting.Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms (e.g., Viant, Nexxen).Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking for accurate conversion attribution.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Worked in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and budget tracking.
