Paid Media Manager

As the Senior Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of a multi-channel paid media marketing plan for Soleo’s owned and operated digital brands, including RateRetriever.com. You should have a firm grasp of how to leverage paid search and other paid channels including display, video, and social media to formulate a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that will drive scalable growth and brand awareness for each of our brands. Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy: Develop a comprehensive paid media and digital marketing strategy for Soleo’s owned and operated digital brands. Brand Awareness Strategy: Assist in developing a strategy for ongoing brand awareness to support organic traffic growth in addition to paid traffic.Forecasting + KPI Tracking: Assist the executive team in developing forecasts, performance targets, and a standard set of KPIS to be monitored across all of Soleo’s owned and operated digital brands. Report results to executive leadership.Research + Planning: Utilize online tools and other resources to conduct keyword and competitive research, identify growth opportunities, and stay on top of key industry trends.Position Requirements:Bachelor’s degree, with related experience in the marketing/advertising field3+ years experience directly configuring, and optimizing, paid search campaigns with both low budget ($5k $10k/month) and medium budget ($25k-$50k/month) constraints.3+ years of media buying experience and exposure to all the major platforms including Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etcStrong project and performance management skills including the ability to delegate work and provide constructive feedbackSolid understanding of paid search best practices including: Experience writing effective search ad copyExperience identifying testing opportunities and implementing experimentsAbility to audit and uncover account performance or technical issuesKnowledge of automated bidding strategies including smart biddingKnowledge of new campaign types including dynamic search and performance maxProven experience with Brand Awareness campaigns targeted specifically at growing visitors to web propertiesExperience with 3rd party and SEM Tools (SEMrush)Experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to configure conversion trackingAbout Soleo:
