As the leader of Paid Media, you will oversee campaign strategy and execution across Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, CTV/OTT, Broadcast, and OOH. Develop and execute media plans across Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, CTV/OTT, Broadcast, and OOH Manage budget allocation across channels based on performance targets and campaign goals Execute media buys and placements across priority DMAs (Nashville, Atlanta, etc.) Actively monitor and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, and conversion performance Adjust targeting, bidding strategies, creative rotations, and placements to improve performance Implement audience segmentation and geo-targeting strategies Scale high-performing campaigns and pause underperforming efforts Performance Reporting Hands-on experience across Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms Ability to plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns Proven ability to build out strong Media plans, including targeting, tactics, and budget allocation Proficient in audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structure Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into action Experience with A/B testing across creative, audiences, and offers Working knowledge of GA4, tracking, and attribution fundamentals Focus on key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate) Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously Strong collaboration and communication skills Experience working with moderate to large budgets Strong understanding of performance metrics and how they tie to business outcomes Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
