We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager who is both a strategic thinker and hands-on performance marketer — someone who can own client outcomes end-to-end and use AI tools to improve the speed, quality, and efficiency of their work. Develop and lead paid media strategies aligned to client pipeline and revenue goalsManage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, in coordination with the specialists teamContinuously identify opportunities to improve performance — not just maintain itUse data to diagnose issues, uncover insights, and drive meaningful optimizations Own project management of campaigns, testing roadmaps, and deliverables through ClickUpCollaborate with Paid Media Specialists on campaign builds, QA, and optimizationsEnsure deadlines, priorities, and quality standards are consistently metMaintain clear documentation of strategy, tests, and performance insightsLeverage AI tools to improve the speed, quality, and efficiency of your work across analysis, research, QA, reporting prep, and idea generation, while applying sound judgment and maintaining a high bar for accuracy You take ownership — you don’t wait to be told what to doYou care about outcomes and results, not just input and activityYou’re both strategic and willing to get hands-on in the accountsYou value organization, efficiency, and continuous improvementYou communicate clearly, directly, and proactivelyYou’re curious and always looking to get better Who This Role Is Not For
