Job Description (On-site, Not Remote) This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a focus on driving desirable, realistic outcomes for clients. Develop integrated media strategies that align with client goals and target audience insights, focusing on innovation across digital and traditional channels, including social, programmatic, CTV, TV, radio, and print.Leverage data, market research, and analytics to guide media strategies and continuously improve campaign performance. Serve as a trusted partner to clients in conjunction with the Strategy and Account teams, providing expert guidance throughout the campaign lifecycle.Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, account management, strategy, and analytics, to ensure alignment and consistency.Clearly communicate campaign strategies, processes, and results to clients and internal stakeholders.Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills in media strategy and execution.
