Paid Media Manager

Robert Half is representing a client in Virginia Beach, VA with a full-time direct hire Paid Media Manager opportunity. The ideal candidate is partnering with internal and external stakeholders to oversee strategy and execution of paid advertising campaigns across paid social and paid search. PLEASE NOTE - this role is FULLY ONSITE - 5x a week onsite in Virginia Beach, VA. Responsibilities include: Develop and optimize digital advertising strategies across multiple platforms, audiences, and business areas.Partner with cross-functional marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent, integrated campaign execution.Oversee external agency and vendor partnerships, including project timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations.Manage advertising investments across different markets, with a focus on generating qualified leads and driving growth.Monitor campaign results, evaluate key performance indicators, and translate data into optimization strategies.Create recurring performance reporting to communicate results, trends, and opportunities to stakeholders.Provide digital marketing guidance and support to internal teams and business partners.Support the development and management of digital marketing team members, including recruiting and training.Evaluate emerging technologies, automation, AI capabilities, and industry trends to identify opportunities for improved marketing performance.
