Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Independently oversee and allocate paid media budgets across all active channels, providing weekly and monthly recommendations to leadership based on performance trends Develop and implement paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, and PPL networks, ensuring alignment with business goals and revenue targets In partnership with the Senior Paid Media Manager, develop campaign priorities, ad creative direction, and audience segmentation Maintain pacing documentation to ensure budgets and lead volume targets stay aligned with media plan projections Track, analyze, and report on paid media KPIs across all active channels, delivering regular performance summaries to marketing stakeholders with clear insights tied to pipeline, MQL, and revenue goals. Experience with pay-per-lead (PPL) platforms and performance-based media buying Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager Familiarity with OpenAI advertising products or AI-powered media platforms Experience with CTV or programmatic advertising platforms Familiarity with Marketo, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation platforms Background in heavy-duty, trucking, fleet, or automotive verticals is a plus Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
