Position: Paid Media Manager (Entertainment) We are seeking a Paid Media Manager to advise on and occasionally manage paid ads. The focus is growing audiences among Persian-Americans and U.S. film/cinephile communities.This is a part-time freelance opportunity ideal for someone with experience with Instagram Reels, creator brands, audience building, and entertainment marketing.ResponsibilitiesShape the paid Meta (Instagram/Facebook) strategy for an established creator brand and a growing film studioAdvise on targeting, budgets, and creative with a focus on Reels and short-form videoOccasionally launch and manage campaigns promoting films, trailers, and releasesReport on audience growth and engagement and recommend optimizationsRequirementsSenior experience running paid Instagram / Meta campaigns for creators or entertainment brandsTrack record growing engaged creator accountsStrong knowledge of the U.S. film industryHands‑on with Instagram Reels and audience building (lookalikes, retargeting)Experience marketing to Persian-American or U.S. film/cinephile communities is a plus
