We are seeking a Paid Media Account Manager to join our in-office Orlando team. This is a client-facing role that requires both strategic and executional expertise. Ideal candidates are proactive communicators, analytically driven, and results-focused. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for paid media clients, building trusted relationships and leading all communications • Lead the onboarding process for new paid media clients, including strategy development, account audits, setup, and goal alignment • Develop and manage full-funnel paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms • Regularly present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients via video and in-person meetings • Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPL and continuously optimize for results • Collaborate with internal creative, SEO, and development teams to align campaign messaging and creative • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform changes to ensure client campaigns remain cutting-edge • Conduct audits, competitor research, and A/B tests to identify new growth opportunities What we offer!
