As our Paid Media & Marketing Automation Specialist, your job is to run and optimize ad campaigns, manage marketing automations, and communicate results with clients. Client Reporting & Communication • Send weekly performance summaries to clients via Slack • Join team check-ins to report campaign status and optimization ideas • Keep internal notes on campaign performance and upcoming improvements Daily Responsibilities • Check all active Google & Meta ad accounts to ensure performance and delivery • Monitor automations, lead forms, email & SMS campaigns in GHL • Note any issues, drop-offs, or recommendations and flag them for review • Reply to client questions or requests via Slack (if applicable) • Add tasks and ideas to ClickUp for internal tracking Required Experience • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads • Strong understanding of PPC strategies, ad funnels, and performance metrics like CTR, CPL, ROAS, and Conversion Rate • Experience using Go High Level (GHL) to create workflows, email/SMS campaigns, and track leads • Comfortable working across multiple client accounts and switching between ad platforms throughout the day Preferred • Experience working for a digital marketing agency • Background in marketing for local businesses (bonus for laundromats or service-based industries) • Strong written and verbal communication skills — ability to clearly present reports and ideas to both team and clients
