Paid Media Marketing - Full-time

You’ll own it all: LinkedIn, Google, Meta, TikTok. • Design, launch, and automate B2B paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and TikTok. Requirements • 3+ years in performance marketing, digital analytics, or marketing automation (ideally in B2B or SaaS environments) • Background in Industrial Engineering or similar quantitative/technical fields • Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics: CAC, Payback Period, MRPA/ARPA/ACV, Maturity Curves, Cohort Analysis, Churn (early/late), MQL/SQL/PQL • Proven experience running campaigns on: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads (+ demand gen through data-first strategies) • Data mindset: Fluent with Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM platforms, and tools like Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau • Solid engineering + analytics skills Able to automate analysis, uncover insights, and turn them into results • Hands-on with: A/B testing frameworks, retargeting, dynamic segmentation, automation flows • Open to travel between São Paulo and Buenos Aires (up to 2 weeks/month depending on where you’re based) • Design, launch, and automate B2B paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and TikTok.
