You will work directly with Trupanion’s partnered digital agency, leveraging them as an extension of your team, to develop, implement and manage all paid media campaigns across search, social and programmatic. You will excel in this position if you: • Thrive at the intersection of creativity and data- being equally capable and excited about leveraging data to make decisions and supporting creative development • Are customer-centric and have a strong ability to zoom out and see the broader customer experience and journey • Have a curious mindset and are always thinking about the next A/B test • Are a strong communicator and able to easily cater your communication from agency to digital partner to senior leadership You will have a hybrid remote/in-office schedule where you will work from our casual, pet-friendly office at least 3 days a week. • We want all employees to be invested in Trupanion’s success, so we grant Restricted Stock Units to all new team members.
