Paid Media Marketing Manager - B2C

Company Overview: • This is a $200M exterior remodeling company that is experiencing rapid growth • This company offers a premium product and strong brand name What is Being Offered: • Competitive compensation, base + bonus • Full benefits • Relocation assistance What The Position is About: • Develop and own the paid media roadmap (channel mix, budget allocation, pacing, KPIs, and optimization) • Manage and optimize campaigns across search, social, programmatic/display, CTV/OTT platforms, and potentially TV/radio/print as the role scales • Oversee media buying, ad trafficking, creative asset coordination, and alignment with creative teams • Establish and maintain performance dashboards, attribution models, and reporting frameworks to measure ROI, cost per lead/acquisition, and lifetime value metrics • Partner with key internal and external partners to refine data capture, tagging strategy, and to feed insights into broader marketing mix modelling or multi-touch attribution • Eventually manage a team including a Coordinator and Designers, ensuring they hit deliverables, adhere to process, and scale with the organization • Collaborate and cross-train with the Non-Traditional Marketing Manager and field/activation teams to ensure paid media and field efforts are integrated • Build and refine media processes and SOPs to enable growth and scalability • Stay ahead of industry trends and make strategic recommendations The Right Candidate Will Have: • 5-7+ years of hands-on paid media experience in D2C/B2C performance marketing with a lower-funnel, direct response focus • Strong experience building, launching, and optimizing campaigns directly across paid search and social • Experience managing at least high six-figure annual media budgets • Proven experience working with and managing agency/vendor partners
