Paid Media Specialist

Position Overview 1905 New Media, an integrated marketing firm headquartered in St. Louis, is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our team. The Paid Media Specialist leads the development, management and measurement of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns for clients across a variety of B2C and B2B industries, with budgets ranging from small to large. Job Responsibilities: • Create and implement paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms to drive traffic, increase conversions, and grow brand awareness. Education/Experience Requirement: • 5+ years hands-on experience creating and managing Search, Display, Retargeting & Pmax campaigns in Google Ads and social ad campaigns in Facebook/Instagram and LinkedIn • Current Google Ads, Google Analytics and Meta Certifications • Experience in Meta Business Manager and the backend of Facebook • Experience setting up Facebook Ads pixel configuration • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent research and analytical skills • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field • Desire to work in a collaborative and inclusive team environment • Bonus: Experience setting up new Google Analytics accounts, troubleshooting Google Analytics issues Over the years, 1905 New Media has grown to include multiple divisions focused on branding, digital marketing, web design and development, public relations, and commercial printing.
