Other core values include: Respect – Integrity – Initiative – AdaptabilityAbout the Paid Media Specialist position Responsibilities:Build, launch, and optimize multi‑channel paid campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Linked In, Meta, and programmatic where applicableManage budget pacing, bidding strategies, and forecasting to meet KPIs and delivery targetsTranslate client business objectives into channel strategies, audience segmentation, funnel KPIs, and repeatable playbooksSupports senior paid media lead with planning, developing, and implementing comprehensive paid media strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition to drive new user acquisition, leads, and or purchasesAssists with brand and website audits to understand our clients’ key value proposition, core products, brand aesthetic, and identify opportunities to successfully market them and make them stand out in the marketplaceCollaborates with internal marketing teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing and business objectivesCompiles daily, weekly, monthly, and lifetime reports with key performance metrics in Looker Studio & Google Sheets to quantify results and communicate findings and insights to the clientDesign and execute experimentation roadmaps for creative, audience, and landing page testsImplement, QA, and troubleshoot tracking (GTM, pixels, GA4) and support attribution improvementsDevelops ad copy for Google, Microsoft (Bing), Linked In, Meta campaigns with the ultimate objective of generating action, interest, and/or engagement from the targeted audienceProduce client‑ready reports and dashboards in Looker Studio/Google Data Studio and present actionable insightsCollaborate with strategy, content, CRO, and analytics teams to align creative, landing pages, and offers with paid effortsMonitor industry trends and recommend new channels, tactics, and automation where appropriateWho You Are:An industry expert with knowledge of paid search and paid social channel management (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads etc.
