Full-Time | Remote (May Transition to Hybrid in the Future) This is not a contract role or short-term engagement. This position will begin fully remote and may transition to a hybrid structure in the future. What You’ll Do • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta and Google • Monitor performance daily and optimize to improve ROAS, CPA, and other core KPIs • Develop targeting strategies based on client goals and customer profiles • Write briefs for the creative team (ad copy, graphics, video assets) • Write high-performing ad copy • Prepare monthly performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations • Stay current with platform updates, tools, and best practices Must-Have Experience • Proven track record managing paid Meta and Google campaigns for brands or agencies • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads • Experience optimizing for sales and lead generation (not just traffic or awareness) • Ability to implement and troubleshoot tracking (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
