David Weekley Homes is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join the Marketing and Communications team at our Houston headquarters.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate day to day management of Paid Media efforts, including:Paid Social Media MarketingDisplay/Video AdvertisingSEM/Paid Search campaignsDirect MailPaid Email Marketing CampaignsDigital MarketingCollaborate with internal customers and vendors to develop and implement proven media strategies Facilitate communications with our internal team members and vendorsTrack, report, and analyze website analytics, marketing initiatives, and campaignsExecute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid media effortsCoordinate with 3rd party and other sites in which we syndicate home listingsConduct vendor research for digital marketing and analytics toolsSupport SEO efforts including, working with the development team to ensure SEO best practices and recommendations are properly implemented on newly developed code and working with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
Qualifications2-4 years marketing experience within an agency or internal marketing departmentExperience managing projects and campaigns and effectively communicating with internal or external clients/customersAdvanced knowledge of the following tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Ads), Google Search Console, Microsoft ExcelExperience/knowledge of tag management tools, reporting and dashboarding tools such as DOMO, A/B testing tools, and other digital marketing tools are a plusSolid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisitionUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social ads, display advertising, SEO/ SEM, and other paid media tacticsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or General BusinessIdeal candidate will also possess:

Strong problem-solving abilities, ability to think creativelyExcellent communication skillsHigh level of curiosity and the ability to conduct in-depth researchAbility to analyze data, draw conclusions and recommend actionsHigh level of creativityCustomer-oriented attitude with a strong sense of urgency and constant follow-upAbility to accept constructive criticismWillingness to research and learn new technology
Additional Information Work Location: based out of our Houston headquarters near I-10 Katy Freeway and 610 West Loop N Fwy.
