Job Description Carter's, Inc. is the largest branded marketer in North America of apparel exclusively for babies and young children. The Company owns the Carter's and OshKosh B'gosh brands, two of the most recognized brands in the marketplace. These brands are sold in leading department stores, national chains, and specialty retailers domestically and internationally. − Assist in managing media strategy and day to day oversight of programs for both in-store & online − Serve as point of contact for media planning agency and liaise between agency, internal media planning lead and brand marketing teams on the development of digital media plans − Partner with agency to launch, manage, report, and optimize campaigns. − Test technical display advertising advancements, plan and execute A/B tests, and try new ad targeting strategies to improve performance − Write creative briefs to deliver to creative for multiple weekly campaigns; manage trafficking and asset delivery between internal creative teams and agency − Manage channel budgets, including monthly reconciliation of media expenditures and resolving billing discrepancies − Manage budget issues and forecast spend, working closely with agency and senior team members (30%) Manage analytics and reporting from multiple sources to closely monitor and optimize channel performance in conjunction with agency and internal media team − Measure impact and effectiveness of campaigns using quantitative and qualitative metrics − Leverage dashboards and other reporting tools to communicate campaign performance to internal stakeholders − Prepare reports, campaign recaps and insights and present results to management − Communicate week to week status and overall channel performance to key internal stakeholders Partner with marketing analytics Experience and Skills Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 3-5 years of experience in a digital media planning role required; agency experience in media activation or campaign management a plus eCommerce & Retail experience required Marketing analytic experience required; working understanding of Tableau and Adobe Analytics preferred Experience working in a direct marketing environment, preferably with an online retailer Demonstrated experience creating marketing and campaign performance reports Ability to work collaboratively and field requests from external and internal stakeholders Present data in an actionable and useful way to allow business owners to make decisions Comprehension of marketing campaign concepts (across multiple offline and online channels) Understanding of the programmatic landscape; experience working with Demand-Side Platforms (DSP) a plus Detail-oriented and an ability to juggle shifting priorities Team player.
