The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing paid campaigns to drive engagement and conversions for multiple customer journeys. This role focuses on executing paid media strategies, ensuring cohesive implementation across multiple platforms, and analyzing data for insights and optimizations. Key responsibilities: • Develop, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across platforms for nurturing specific customer journeys • Collaborate with the creative team on ad content aligned with target customer segments • Monitor daily ad spend, audience performance, and A/B testing across campaigns • Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders • Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs • Strategize segmented email campaigns for sales enablement • Build automated email workflows, drip campaigns, and nurture sequences • Ensure all messaging aligns with brand voice and funnel strategy • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategies with other merchandising and marketing efforts Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, PPC, or related field • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads • Email marketing experience preferred • Proven analytical skills with proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
