Key Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta. • Test new ad copy, images, and other creatives to improve campaign performance. • Optimize and A/B test for Paid Ads • Research competitor's advertising practices and suggest new strategies as relevant • Define the Performance Marketing agenda, setting and measuring against business (ROAS) and channel level (CAC/CPP) targets • Be on the forefront of the latest ad-technology and offer new insights on how to drive business value with existing tools, while making recommendations for new ones.
