About TP We are hiring a Paid Media Manager for a leading digital marketing agency based in Long Island City, Queens. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong hands-on experience in either paid social or paid search, along with the ability to manage client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Requirements 2–4 years of experience in paid media (paid social or paid search) Hands-on experience running campaigns on Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads Manager (minimum 2 years) Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred Experience handling consumer goods clients is mandatory Strong understanding of multi-channel digital marketing (social, search, display, email) Proven experience managing or mentoring teams Excellent client management, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Fluency in English
