Position Overview

The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Bing and programmatic advertising networks. This role focuses on driving measurable results such as lead generation, ecommerce revenue, and customer acquisition for our clients.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, performance-driven, and experienced in managing multi-channel paid media strategies while continuously improving ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning

Develop paid media strategies aligned with client growth goals, including lead generation, ecommerce sales, and brand awareness
Plan and manage advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms
Recommend budget allocations across channels based on performance data and business objectives
Build full-funnel campaigns, including prospecting, retargeting, and customer retention strategies

Campaign Execution & Management

Launch and manage multiple campaigns across multiple clients on: Google Search, Google Shopping / Merchant Center, Performance Max, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Programmatic platforms (StackAdapt or similar), Bing Ads
Manage product feeds and catalog campaigns for ecommerce clients
Coordinate with creative teams on ad copy, visuals, and landing page alignment
Implement audience targeting strategies, including custom audiences, lookalikes, and intent-based targeting
Stay at the forefront of platform updates (e.g., new Google AI features) and conduct A/B testing for early adoption
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for: CPC, ROAS, Conversion rate, Click-through rate
Conduct A/B testing on: Creative, Messaging, Audience targeting, Landing pages
Optimize bidding strategies, budgets, and audience segments
Identify opportunities for scaling high-performing campaigns

Reporting & Analytics

Develop monthly and quarterly spend and performance forecasts for key accounts, providing actionable insights.
Present clear "spend-to-revenue" projections to help clients and internal leadership make informed decisions on budget reallocations.
Build and maintain dashboards for client reporting.
Present performance results and optimization recommendations to internal teams and clients
Track attribution using tools such as: Google Analytics / GA4, Conversion tracking, CRM integrations, Ecommerce analytics

Technical Implementation

Implement and manage tracking including:
Conversion tracking
Pixel implementation
Tag management (Google Tag Manager)
Ensure data accuracy across platforms
Troubleshoot tracking or attribution issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

Expertise in Google and Meta Ads Management (must have)
3–5+ years managing paid digital advertising campaigns
Google Merchant Center
GA4 and Google Tag Manager
Programmatic platforms (StackAdapt or similar)
Conversion tracking and attribution modeling

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ecommerce advertising (BigCommerce, WooCommerce)
Experience with feed optimization tools
Experience managing multi-location or franchise marketing campaigns
Familiarity with CRM integrations and lead tracking
Experience with competitive research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog)
Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong project management and organizational abilities
