Job DescriptionJob Description You'll manage campaigns from strategy through execution, optimizing for maximum ROI while staying ahead of platform changes and best practices. Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta's suite of platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Audience Network) • Develop audience targeting strategies using Meta's advanced segmentation tools, including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and interest-based targeting • Create and test ad creative strategies, collaborating with design teams on compelling visuals and copy • Manage campaign budgets ranging from $100k - 200k monthly, ensuring efficient spend allocation • Monitor campaign performance daily, making real-time optimizations to improve KPIs • Conduct A/B testing on creative, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies • Generate comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations • Stay current with Meta's evolving features, policies, and best practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing initiatives Required Qualifications • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns • Proven track record of managing effective ads with demonstrable ROI improvements • Expert knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Business Suite • Strong understanding of Meta's attribution models, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation • Experience with campaign objectives across the full funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion) • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel/Sheets required; Looker, Tableau a plus) • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Technical Skills • Advanced knowledge of Meta's campaign structure, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques • Experience with Conversion API implementation and iOS 14.5+ attribution challenges • Familiarity with UTM tracking and Google Analytics integration • Understanding of creative formats and specifications across Meta platforms • Knowledge of compliance requirements for regulated industries (if applicable)
