What We're Looking For • 3–5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally within an agency or performance marketing environment • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads Manager; LinkedIn Ads experience a plus • Experience managing multiple campaigns and client priorities simultaneously • Familiarity with analytics tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (or similar dashboards) • Excellent communication skills — verbal, written, and visual — with the ability to build trust through clear insights and recommendations • Self-starter mindset, collaborative attitude, and a strong sense of accountability • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and client presentations.
