Salary Range: $52,000 – $61,000 based on experience and qualifications The Paid Media Specialist at The Abbi Agency is a key executional role within the Paid Media team, responsible for ensuring the seamless setup, monitoring, and performance reporting of digital campaigns across platforms. • Own day-to-day budget pacing and spend tracking across campaigns and platforms • Ensure campaign launches are executed on time, correctly tagged, and aligned with approved media plans • Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports with clear metrics, trends, and insights • Troubleshoot campaign issues such as delivery discrepancies, pixel misfires, or data lags • Maintain naming conventions, QA checklists, and platform best practices across all builds • Collaborate with strategists to flag underperformance, recommend optimizations, and prepare reports for clients • Work in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, StackAdapt, and others • Contribute to internal documentation, process improvements, and quality control The Abbi Agency is an integrated marketing communications agency specializing in creative, digital and public relations services with offices in Reno and Las Vegas and employees worldwide.
