Paid Media Strategist

Our Mission As a key member of our Paid Media team, you'll build media strategies, manage campaign execution, own projects end-to-end, and test like crazy to make sure every dollar works as hard as you do. Responsibilities • Partner with Paid Media leadership to develop and implement cross-channel strategies that meet or beat our goals • Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external partners, owning end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns • Dive deep into campaign performance, spotting trends and figuring out what's working (and what's not) • Lead A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaigns and squeeze every last drop of ROI out of budgets • Take ownership of creating and maintaining organized documentation of campaign assets, test results, and strategy plans Requirements • 4 years of hands-on experience with end-to-end campaign management, preferably for a DTC or subscription e-commerce brand • Deep understanding of Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube Ads, with experience in CTV, programmatic display, and video • Hands-on expertise with Meta and Google Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and YouTube platforms • Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Tableau, and Motion, with expertise in turning data into actionable insights to optimize performance Benefits • Comprehensive benefit plans with low premium options, including medical, dental, and vision coverage • Free life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability • 401(k) plan with a company match of 100% of the first 2%, and 50% of up to an additional 4% • Unlimited vacation and generous sick time
