Paid Media Strategist

Responsibilities: • Develop, launch, and manage paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest and other emerging platforms. • Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjusting ad copy, creative optimization ideas, and budgets to maximize CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and overall efficiency. Basic Requirements: • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (search and social). • Experience with Google Analytics, Paid Media reporting and conversion tracking tools required. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Quantitative Analysis, or related field.
