Paid Media Strategist

A Day in the LifeThe Paid Media Strategist is responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of their cross-channel marketing services within their book of business. Deep understanding of intent data from multiple platforms & how to integrate into overarching channel strategies Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Paid Media Channels specifically having experience with campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development on large, enterprise-level accounts Experience with complex client org structures (multi-brand, multi-product, long sales cycle) within B2B ecommerce, hybrid, and sales-led organizations Significant campaign management experience in each of the following additional campaign types: LinkedIn, Performance Max, Bing Ads, and ABM DSPs: Demandbase, 6Sense, Terminus, etc. Additional significant campaign management experience in at least 3 of the following additional campaign types: YouTube Ads, Meta, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, and Content Syndication Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) Proficiency in Google Analytics Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media's place in the marketing funnel Strong ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data, going beyond the stat and telling the story Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)$13.5k team-member EBITDA Maintain below 10% Client Churn Rate 4-6 Accounts (complex/large accounts in the top 100 of the agency) Most Important Things (MITs)Excellence in channel production and account performance Cross-channel collaboration Internal communication Power Digital's people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team's backgrounds and experiences are paramount.
