Paid Media Strategist

Position: PAID MEDIA STRATEGIST Current job opportunities are posted here as they become available. This is a full-time remote role. As a Paid Media Strategist with The Master Trades Group, you will plan, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns for our group of best-in-class home service providers. Qualifications & Requirements: • 3-5 years of experience with paid media campaign management (i.e. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy • Ability to tightly manage a budget and align marketing decisions with business operations • Proven track record of managing campaigns to hit performance goals • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders • Data analysis & advanced Excel/Sheets capabilities
