Paid Part-Time Marketing Intern

Job description
We are a fast-growing boutique marketing business in Charleston, SC managing 10+ clients across hospitality, lifestyle, and local brands. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing intern who can help manage client accounts, execute content, and keep projects moving smoothly.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, communicative, and confident working directly with clients, not just completing tasks behind the scenes.

Content Creation + Production
Support planning and execution of social medi a content across multiple clients

Assist with photography and videography for client shoots (on-site content capture)

Coordinate and help execute content days and brand shoots

Write captions aligned with each brand voice

Schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Edit reels + photos
Graphic design Account Support
Help assist on 3-4 client accounts

Track performance and pull basic analytics reports

Identify opportunities for improvement or growth

Required Portfolio: 2–3 examples each of photography + videography and linked social media accounts you work on or have managed. List creative ideas you’ve had/campaigns.

Required* must live in Charleston

10-15 hours per week

Junior or Senior in college

$15 per hour

Strong communication skills (written + verbal)

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Ability to take initiative and problem-solve independently

Photography & Videography experience a bonus*

Video editing experience required
Experience with social media platforms + scheduling tools

Bonus: Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or lifestyle brands
