Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days per week in office.Job Overview: As a Paid Search Advertising Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns aimed at driving lead generation and pipeline growth. Expertise in managing search-focused ad portfolios.Familiarity with YouTube advertising and the Google Display Network.Experience with data analysis and reporting to optimize campaign performance.Track record of expanding campaigns into new channels and formats.Ability to support scaling initiatives and testing new strategies.Deep understanding of Google Ads, especially in Search.Strong analytical mindset with a flair for experimentation.Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Expertise in optimizing and scaling campaigns.Preferably B2B experience and complex portfolio management.Key Responsibilities: 3-5 years of experience managing Google Ads and other paid search platforms.In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform and Editor, including campaign setup and optimization strategies.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a data-driven approach.Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation.Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).Familiarity with landing page optimization and A/B testing for conversions.Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to contribute to various projects and campaign needs.Preferred Qualifications: Amerit Consulting is quickly growing as a prominent staffing and consulting firm.
