Responsibilities: • Plan and execute paid search campaigns on Google Ads (and sometimes Bing) • Manage and optimize paid social media efforts across Meta, Reddit, and LinkedIn • Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to improve efficiency and ROI • Develop audience targeting strategies and conduct keyword research • Design and execute A/B tests and interpret results • Monitor budgets and track spending • Prepare and present performance reports with clear data-driven recommendations Requirements
